We are no longer living in a world that is friendly to Christian beliefs. In fact, Jesus made it clear that we are living as sheep among wolves. He expects us as shepherds to protect the flock of God, in order to keep them in a safe environment when they are gathered together.
Are you protecting God’s flock, your congregation?
“The wise are cautious and avoid danger…”
– Proverbs 14:16 NLT
With the growing number of reported incidents in churches of children becoming victims to sexual predators, domestic abuse, active shooters, child abductions, and encounters with mentally ill and drug-induced individuals wandering into worship services, congregations need more than ever before to raise up a Safety and Security Ministry to protect the vulnerable and those who gather to worship God.
BridgeBuilders in partnership with Brotherhood Mutual Insurance and with the support of the Phoenix Police Department is offering your church a half-day Church Safety and Security Workshop.
The training will equip pastoral leadership, board members, ushers/greeters, administrative staff, and other church leaders and volunteers with instruction in how to develop a Safety and Security Ministry in your church.
You will learn proactive Safety and Security Ministry protocols and “best practices” stemming from churches nationwide.
You will be equipped with the practical tools you need to address church safety and security emergencies that may arise, including how to identify critical risk areas, in order to provide your congregation with a safer and more secure worship experience.
We encourage you to join us for this critical and timely event. Space is limited to the first 100 registrants. This may be one of the most important four hours you spend in learning to protect your congregation.
